Alison

Working within the industry for over 30 years, Alison has a wealth of knowledge and experience. Having trained with Guinot in the late 80’s, Alison has remained a loyal and true believer in the brand; it’s products, the science and the results driven facials.

Still a working therapist, Alison continues to be passionate about her job and the advice she shares. A true believer in being honest with clients, she remains open, kind and generous with her knowledge – Alison really enjoys being with people and sharing her expertise. Alison’s favourite treatments are the Hydradermie 1000 Jeunesse the Visible Age Reverse and can’t live without her Age Logic Yeux serum!

Katie

Joining the team in 2025 with over 15 years of experience across the hospitality and wedding industry, Katie is a self-proclaimed perfectionist who knows how to immerse herself in a brand and bring it to life.

Her extensive background working with premium brands and at an award-winning wedding venue has shaped her into someone who gives it everything to ensure you have the best experience possible. Known for her leadership, warmth, and exceptional standards of customer care, you too will feel part of the family alongside her. Katie takes great pride in ensuring each client's needs are met and a seamless visit is enjoyed every time with her expert team.

Katie really enjoys the Hydradermie 1000 facial for intense hydration and that immediate glow afterwards and her go to product is the Hydra Fraicheur cleansing gel which effortlessly removes your make up after a long day.

Natalie

Natalie joined the team in 2013 and has a wealth of knowledge, particularly in skincare and facials. A highly skilled therapist in her field; kind, controlled, a natural empath and always giving her clients a warm, comforting experience. Natalie can be trusted to troubleshoot any concerns as her advice is second to none. A true professional and an exemplary of her chosen career.

Natalie is a huge fan of the Detoxygene facial, it is perfect for a full skin reset leaving you with an amazing glow! Her go to product has to be Crème Beaute Neuve, the mild exfoliant giving you the perfect skin texture and radiance.

Kelsey

Kelsey is a popular and skilled therapist with a strong and loyal client base – a young therapist with a mature outlook. Kelsey has been with us for 7 years and is a dedicated member of our team hence the strong client following. Kelsey is capable and confident in all aspects of beauty, especially facials and skincare. Kelsey’s warm, kind manner and passionate belief in her chosen career helps her to deliver the very best as a skincare specialist.
